Herberton Horse Sports

Young and old have been attending horse sports at Tepon for many years now.

Horse sports is a casual, fun and challenging equine activity – no need for jodhpurs or ties, just throw on your jeans and boots and away you go. Horse sports consist of fun timed events – barrel racing, flag race, bending, novelty events for all ages 1 year to 100 years! From absolute beginner to experienced horseman. Ribbons and prize money are awarded for placing in these events, with minimal nomination fees. Just by competing you are a winner!

The atmosphere is relaxed, supportive and encouraging. A great place to meet new friends and families, all there for the same reason – to have fun on horseback. Stay the weekend in great camping grounds with your best mates – equine and human!
